Healthy and Fun Treats for Kids

Halloween is a fun event for children and adults alike.  Even if you choose not to celebrate Halloween, there are many people who celebrate this season as harvest time. Whatever your preference, this time is filled with lots of tempting treats. Often these treats can be detrimental to the health of our children’s teeth, body, and brains. To prevent (or at least limit) high sugar exposure that can lead to cavities, as well as high energy bursts and the melt downs that follow, you could try these low sugar, high nutrient, and super fun treats with your little ones this year.
