Our preferred courier is the FedEx with delivery via either Express & Ground service. All pricing and time estimates will be based on the FedEx Ground standard. We will attempt to offer additional options. Please contact us if you would like to use another carrier.
Processing and Arrival time:
Our Fulfillment Team requires a 72-hour processing time on all orders before they are shipped. In most cases orders are processed and shipped out on the same day. However, there are times when we experience backlog due to high-volume, Christmas and holiday seasons.
Orders shipped within the United States generally arrive within 3 to 5 business days using USPS or FedEx Ground services.
Please be advised if you select the “Send Check via Regular Mail” option, your order will not be processed until your check has been received and processed in our office. If you select to submit a Purchase Order and pay on terms, we will only ship your order once payment terms are approved. Please complete a Credit Application and fax or email a scanned, signed copy to us. Order minimum for terms is $250.00.
When placing international orders please contact us with any specific shipping details including your preferred carrier. We take great care when shipping internationally and want to make sure that you receive your package in a timely fashion. FedEx options are listed for immediate shipment.
